2. Product Availability & Order Types
We offer two types of products:
- Standard Stock Items: Readily available for delivery within 1–2 business days.
- Special Order Items: Ordered upon customer request and require a deposit to begin processing.
3. Deposits & Cancellations
We offer two types of products:
- Standard Stock Orders: May be canceled prior to shipping with no penalty.
- Special Orders: The 60% deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, as these items are ordered specifically for you and cannot be returned to our suppliers.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
- All prices are listed in BBD (Barbados Dollars) and exclusive of VAT (where applicable).
- We accept cash, bank transfers, and (soon) credit card payments.
- A 60% non-refundable deposit is required for special orders.
- Final balance is due upon delivery or collection of the item.
5. Returns & Refunds
Standard Stock Items:
- Can be returned within 7 business days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply for opened or used items.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of item inspection.
Special Orders:
- Non-refundable once placed. The 60% deposit is retained in full if the order is canceled for any reason.
- Refunds are only considered in the event of a supplier-verified defect or order error.

Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- For credit card transactions (coming soon), please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
- Refunds will exclude any non-refundable deposits or restocking fees
6. Delivery & Fulfilment
- Islandwide delivery is free on all purchases.
- Standard stock items ship within 1-2 business days.
- Special order items typically take 10-14 business days, but this may vary based on supplier availability and international shipping timelines.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of item inspection.
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers or international logistics disruptions.

- Warranty coverage is subject to the terms and timelines of the manufacturer.
- Physical or liquid damage is not covered unless explicitly stated in the warranty.

10. Typographical Errors or Inaccuracies
We do our best to ensure that all product details, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted). If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barbados. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados.
