3. Deposits & Cancellations

Standard Stock Orders: May be canceled prior to shipping with no penalty.

Special Orders: The 60% deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, as these items are ordered specifically for you and cannot be returned to our suppliers.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are listed in BBD (Barbados Dollars) and exclusive of VAT (where applicable).

We accept cash, bank transfers, and (soon) credit card payments.

A 60% non-refundable deposit is required for special orders.

Final balance is due upon delivery or collection of the item.

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply for opened or used items.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of item inspection.
Special Orders:
- Non-refundable once placed. The 60% deposit is retained in full if the order is canceled for any reason.
- Refunds are only considered in the event of a supplier-verified defect or order error.
